St George Illawarra are proud to announce Tracey Goodwin as the Red V member of the match for Round 15!
As a thank you for her dedication, Tracey was showcased during our Round 15 home game at WIN Stadium, Wollongong on Thursday, June 16 and presented with a signed 2022 Dragons jersey.
Why was she selected as the Red V member of the match?
Tracey was selected as our next Red V member of the match after being nominated by a fellow member for her passion for the Dragons and her kindness which is second to none. After being a member for 14 consecutive years, Tracey has garnered many Red V members as friends who share her passion, and who she has welcomed as family.
She supports the club at the highest level with a Platinum membership and follows the team wherever they go, from Mudgee to Townsville to Melbourne, to show her support. Always up for a chat, it’s hard to miss Tracey with her Dragons tattoo and her personalised Mustang as she represents the Red V wherever she goes.
Who is Tracey’s favourite Dragons player (past or present) and why?
Cody Ramsey is my absolute favourite player right now. I’ve been following him and watching him play all through his juniors and he’s always had such great talent. I remember watching him come onto the scene in the Nines a few years ago and his speed has always been unreal. Watching him blossom into a great player now who’s also always so good with the fans is great to see. It makes me very proud as a Dragons member watching him shine.
