Dragons School Yard League
Dragons School Yard League is a five-week practical program designed to promote student-led problem solving and decision-making through modified games of Rugby League.
Throughout the program, students are provided with opportunities to discuss and build on the Dragons’ three key values — Respect, Responsibility and Resilience — by applying them in gameplay while also developing fundamental movement skills.
Upon completion, the goal is for students to confidently implement the skills and strategies they have learned so they can continue playing Dragons School Yard League within their school environment, both with and without teacher support.
