Matt Dufty wasn't the only exciting young Dragon to make his debut in St George Illawarra's 52-22 win over the Manly Sea Eagles last weekend.

Brayden Widdop made the step up into the big time and didn't disappoint.

The son of Dragons skipper Gareth ran the kicking tee out to his dad for the first time, and proved quite the lucky charm.

Gareth managed to kick eight goals from nine attempts and won man-of-the-match honours against the Sea Eagles, as young Brayden watched on closely by.
