The St George Illawarra Dragons held the inaugural Red V Members Advisory Forum involving a meeting between Management and 18 selected Red V Members at ANZ Stadium, Olympic Park on Monday, June 8.

The Meeting was held in conjunction with the round 13 fixture against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs follows on from the announced formation of the Red V Members Advisory Forum in May of this year.

The Club received over 100 applications and after a comprehensive review process that included criteria such as membership category, location, relevant skills and experience.

Dragons and NRL staff chose a group of males and females ranging in age from 16-71 whose Red V Membership tenure varied from first year Members to those who had been part of the program since the inception in 2002.

The Red V Members Advisory Forum is designed as an interactive Forum that will see these Red V Members participate in two meetings a year with Dragons and NRL Management to discuss relevant issues and topics with respect to Membership and Fan Engagement.

In the first meeting, Dragons CEO Peter Doust provided an overview of the Dragons Business including Governance and Finances, along the lines of the information previously communicated and shared in the Dragons Den Videos:
