Young gun Bent has only being playing rugby league for three years, when she strapped on the boots for the Glenmore Park Brumbies at age 15. Stints with the Parramatta Eels and Wests Tigers at Tarsha Cup Under-18s level has seen her progress to the NSW State Premiership with Mounties. An Indigenous All Star in 2019 alongside fellow Dragon Shakiah Tungai, Bent will be out to impress in the Red V. If not for age restrictions, coach Daniel Lacey would've signed her in his 2018 inaugural squad. Bent is at University of Western Sydney studying a Bachelor of Education and works as a family history case worker. She was New South Wales' women's Origin 18th man in 2019.
