St George Illawarra wish to congratulate three of the Dragons' 'The Best You Can Be' Ambassadors on their achievements at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

With theirs and our players' help, we continue to encourage and inspire our youth to be the best they can be.

Emma McKeon continued her rich form with a further eight Commonwealth Games medals (six gold, one silver and one bronze).

All-in-all, McKeon won gold in the mixed 4x100-metre medley relay, 4x 100-metre freestyle relay, mixed 4x100-metre freestyle relay, 4x100-metre medley relay in addition to 50-metre butterfly and freestyle races.

She also won silver in 100-metre butterfly and  bronze in the 100-metre freestyle.

Hockeyroo Grace Stewart was also lucky enough to win a silver medal in Birmingham, while Paralympian swimming teen sensation Jasmine Greenwood played her part in Australia's gold medal women's 200-metre medley.

Congratulations to all three ladies from everyone at the Dragons.
