The rugby league gods threw down plenty of wet weather as the Dragons took on the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium despite it being an "away" game.

The match was controversially won by the Sharks but that didn't stop the Dragons from producing some magic moments with Zac Lomax featuring heavily.

Zac Lomax scored the Dragons' second try of the night with a spectacular long-range strike including two kicks. Lomax stepped up again crossing over courtesy of a Matt Dufty pass under plenty of pressure. Lomax was in the thick of the action once again throwing a hail mary flick pass which bounced up into the hands of Mikaele Ravalawa who slammed the ball down.
