The St George Illawarra Dragons would like to thank the local and travelling Red V Members who came to support the team at Westpac Stadium, Wellington on Saturday.
Over 80 Red V Members attended the Red V function post the 36-0 victory over the Warriors that was hosted by recently retired Dragon, Dan Hunt.
“Our Red V Members are such an important part of our Club and it was great to see so many supporting us in Wellington, particularly in those cold and rainy conditions,” said Dragons Captain Ben Creagh.
“We certainly appreciate their support, it is always good to have the red and white in the crowd wherever we play.
“We also know that some of these Red V Members were here also with us in New Zealand when we played the Storm in Napier, we are very lucky to have such support.
“Being able to have these functions is a way to say thanks and we were glad to be able to have played a great game of football to ensure that we all had a great night."

The Club will be hosting a Red V Members function in Brisbane on Thursday, August 13 ahead of the Round 24 clash against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane on Friday, August 14.
