What’s the Round 25 Add-On?
2023 Red V Wollongong Pass memberships were originally advertised and sold as a 6-game package. On release of the 2023 NRL Draw on November 10, 2022, this package was adjusted to a 7-game package, to reflect the number of games hosted at WIN Stadium.
Red V members who held a Wollongong pass between September 13 and November 10 2022 will be required to purchase the Round 25 Add-on, should they wish to attend the Round 25 home game against the Melbourne Storm on Saturday August 19.
How do I add Round 25 to my membership?
Our Red V team will call affected members who will be required to purchase the Round 25 Add-On to attend our game against the Melbourne Storm. You will be able to purchase the add-on over the phone by credit card, or you can purchase the add-on in person by visiting the Red V membership marquee at our upcoming home games at WIN Stadium. Additionally, you can contact the Red V Membership team through our hotline at 1300 372 466.
What happens next?
We will activate the barcode on your membership card/s, so all you need to do is scan your pass as normal and come on in!
Will I keep my same seat?
Yes! Once the add-on is purchased, your seat will be automatically reserved for you (and if you're on the hill we'll make sure there's a spot for you).
How long do I have to purchase the additional game?
We ask that you please purchase the Round 25 add-on prior to 5pm, Wednesday August 9th.
What happens if I don’t purchase the additional game?
If you choose not to purchase the additional game, we will not activate your barcode and will release for sale any reserved seats you may have. Our Red V team will contact you prior to releasing seats to the general public.
Why the Round 25 Storm game? Can I choose to a different game to forgo and attend Round 25 instead?
Your barcode has only been activated for the first 6 games at WIN Stadium this season. As the Round 25 Storm game is the 7th home game to be played at WIN Stadium, you will need to purchase the Round 25 Add-On to activate your barcode.
Unfortunately we are unable to deactivate your barcode for any of the first six games, nor are we able to activate it in our system for the 7th game without the add-on purchased.
Why do I need to pay extra when I have a Wollongong Pass? Should that not cover all WIN Stadium games?
A Wollongong Pass purchased prior to 11am on Thursday November 10 was advertised and sold as a 6-game package. The price of the Wollongong Pass purchased after this point in time was increased to include the Round 25 Storm game.
In fairness to Platinum and Full Season members who paid for the Round 25 Storm game as part of their 12-game package, all Wollongong Pass holders must also pay to attend this game.
