The Dragons Community Women & Girls programs are the Dragons Crystal Bears Women in League program and Girls Development.

Dragons Crystal Bears Women in League

Is a NSW Sports Minister's award winning initiative that was the first women's program established by any NRL Club. The program is dedicated to raising the profile of female involvement in rugby league and raising money for charity.

Girls Development

Involves a variety of initiatives and activities for girls within our region such as tackle gala days, volunteer recognition programs, mentoring programs and support for ARL Women & Girls initiatives.

Women in League NRL Round

Round 16 of the 2012 NRL season has been dedicated as the 'Women in League' round to recognise the enormous contribution of women in our game.

The Dragons take on the Gold Coast Titans and a number of exciting initiatives will take place.

Activities conducted in 2011 included players wearing Pink V jerseys (which were signed and auctioned online), and a 'Ladies Day at the Footy' function.
