Our Community, Our Passion

The mission statement of Dragons Community is a simple one: to have a positive impact on people's lives within our community; a community that stretches from Earlwood in the north to Bateman's Bay in the south.

This was no more evident than in 2023 which saw 50 NRL Men’s players and 29 NRLW players active in the community.

Over 1500 hours were given to community programs and activities, with thousands of smiles generated across New South Wales.

Currently, our men’s and women’s players are gearing up for a massive 2024 out in the Community.

This coming Monday, the 12th of February, the St George Illawarra Dragons Community team alongside NRL Game Development will visit schools across St George for their annual Blitz Day.

Players from both our men’s and women’s sides will be involved in the day as well as visits across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region in the coming weeks.

If your school would like to be a part of a St George Illawarra Dragons Community program in 2024, or you would like more information please fill out the expression of interest form at the bottom of this page.
