Game day guide: Round 6 v Titans

The St George Illawarra Dragons will face the Gold Coast Titans at Cbus Super Stadium on Sunday, April 9th. This is your Round 6 game guide.

Rock solid team list

Anthony Griffin has stuck solid with the side that trumped the Dolphins last week and named an unchanged 17.

Jacob Liddle retains the starting hooking role while Jaydn Su’A was cleared of any serious injury and has been named to start.

Titans call up livewire fullback

The Titans have handed Jayden Campbell the number one jersey for Sunday’s match along with two other forced changes.

Five-eighth Toby Sexton will play his first game of 2023 to fill the vacancy left by Kieran Foran (calf), while forward Klese Haas will also make his first appearance of 2023.

New recruit Kruise Leeming may make his NRL debut after jetting into training this week from the Leeds Rhinos and being named on the extended bench.

Last time we met

You don’t have to cast your mind back very far to remember the last time the Dragons took on the Titans.

It hasn’t even been a month since the Dragons put the Gold Coast side to the sword in our first match of the season. Relive the magic night below.

Match Highlights: Round 2 v Titans

It’s hunting season

Inspirational Dragons captain Ben Hunt is licking his lips at the thought of playing the Titans this Sunday.

Hunt has scored eight tries in his past 10 games against the Titans and will no doubt be keen to keep that record going.

Gold Coast member event

If you’re reading this in the Gold Coast or surrounds at the moment, whip out google maps and plan your route to the Sofitel Broadbeach to meet the team!

It’s been a long few years since we’ve caught up with our Red V family across the border and we can’t wait to see you this Easter long weekend. Snap a selfie, grab an autograph and chat to your Dragons before we take on the Titans.
