St George Illawarra Head of Athletic Performance Nathan Pickworth has provided another SMAI High Performance Update ahead of the Dragons' Round 16 clash against the Newcastle Knights at UOW Jubilee Oval, Kogarah.

Pickworth discusses how NSW Origin duo Tyson Frizell and Josh Dugan pulled up from Game Two, and how back-rower Joel Thompson (concussion) is going after he failed to finish the Dragons' last game against the Eels.

The status of rehab quartet Drew Hutchison (knee), Levi Dodd (knee), Siliva Havili (pec) and Kiti Glymin (shoulder) are also touched on by Pickworth.
