St George Illawarra Head of Athletic Performance Nathan Pickworth returns for another SMAI High Performance Update ahead of the Dragons’ clash with the Wests Tigers at ANZ Stadium on Sunday, April 2.

Pickworth discussed how skipper Gareth Widdop has bounced back from his car accident over the weekend and the health of Will Matthews (hip) and Jai Field (hamstring).

There was also some unfortunate news over the weekend with centre Levi Dodd suffering a season-ending ACL injury in Illawarra’s loss to the Warriors in the Intrust Super Premiership.
