St George Illawarra Dragons hooker Reece Robson is keen to continue the team's recent form against the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval on Monday.

The Young Dragons enter the encounter undefeated from their previous eight encounters with their most recent two competition points coming courtesy of a 36-6 win over the Newcastle Knights.

Robson started that encounter on the interchange bench having been in action for the winning NSW U18 State of Origin team days prior but enjoyed what he saw form his teammates.

“We had a tough first-half with the boys forced to defend their sets but everyone remained upbeat after the break and it showed with the score,” said Robson.

“Due to coming off the back of Origin I came off the bench against the Knights and the legs held fresh which was good.

“We’ve tried to back our previous performances whenever going out to play on the field since getting that initial win in the run over the Roosters and hopefully that continues against the Sea Eagles.

“The NSW U18 camp was great to be involved in and I loved every minute of it.

“I’ve come away with it with some awesome experiences which was topped-off by coming away with the win for NSW.”
