The St George Illawarra Dragons were 50-0 winners over the New Zealand Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium, Auckland on Sunday.
The Young Dragons ran-in nine tries, which saw winger Reuben Garrick and fullback Matt Dufty notch doubles, whilst managing to keep their hosts scoreless in a dominant one-sided display.
Head Coach Mat Head had elevated Keelyn Tuuta-Edwards from the interchange into the centres in lieu of Donte Efaraimo prior to the encounter whilst duo Alex Ta'ale and Stuart Mason were omitted completely.
His faith in the team was rewarded when prop Jacob Esau opened up the scoring through sheer strength to crash over the stripe following a repeat set in the third minute of play.
Dragons five-eighth converted to make it 6-0.
Fellow halves partner Jack Payne set-up his team's second four-pointer seven minutes later through a smart cross field bomb which was tapped back into the arms of hooker Reece Robson to score.
Dufty sliced his way between the opposition defence on the halfhour mark to bank his first of two tries before Tuuta-Edwards stepped through the Warriors right edge defence four minutes later.
Field converted both opportunities to give his team a 22-0 lead at the interval.
The Young Dragons picked up where they left off when play resumed with Garrick the first over the stripe minutes in.
A great 30-metre run downfield from Field had given the visitors great field position in the lead-up and a pin-point cross-field bomb from Dufty saw the flanker out leap his opponent to catch and score in the corner.
Field converted from the sideline to extend the advantage out to 28 points.
Dufty banked his second of the game after electing to run the ball on the last play, chipping it ahead before regathering and racing ahead to score under the posts in the 51st minute.
Field converted again to make it 34-0.
Garrick secured his second try just after the hour mark after benefitting from the speed and strength of captain Patrick Herbert, who attracted and fended two defenders before slipping the ball out to the flanker.
Herbert later scored a try of his own five minutes from time before Field completed the route with a fitting 60-metre solo try.
The five-eighth converted both attempts to make it 50-0.
