St George Illawarra Dragons utility Jake Marketo will be unavailable through suspension for the fixture against the Gold Coast Titans at Cbus Super Stadium, Robina on Sunday.

Marketo took an Early Plea after being charged with a Grade 1 “Dangerous Throw" offence by the NRL Match Review Committee for an incident which occured during the 19-12 win over the Penrith Panthers at WIN Stadium, Wollongong on Thursday.

The incident occurred in 48th minute and an Early Plea was graded at 159 points with an additional 15 carry-over points added.

Early Plea: 159 + 8 = 167 (One Week Suspension)

Furthermore, second-rower Tyson Frizell has additionally taken the early plea for a Grade 1 “Tripping" offence which occured in the same fixture by the NRL Match Review Committee.

The incident occurred in 25th minute and the Early Plea was graded at 67 points with an additional eight carry-over points added.

Early Plea: 67 + 15 = 82 (No Suspension)
